An order becomes binding when it is formally accepted by IR Limited or otherwise confirmed in writing.
Changes or cancellations after order confirmation may be subject to additional costs, production limitations, or other conditions.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices may vary depending on product specifications, material requirements, tooling, production volume, packaging, transportation, taxes, and other applicable costs.
Payment terms will be determined according to the quotation, purchase order, invoice, or separate agreement with the customer.
Failure to make payment according to the agreed terms may result in delayed production, suspension of services, or cancellation of an order.
7. Delivery
IR Limited makes reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules.
Delivery dates may be affected by circumstances including material availability, production requirements, transportation issues, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery terms and transportation responsibilities will be specified in the applicable quotation or commercial agreement.
8. Quality & Inspection
IR Limited maintains quality-control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
